Refund Policy

Whilst it is a very rare occurence, should you have an issue with a Cyclon product ordered from - please initially contact us via email ( or via our Contact Us page.

We will respond to your enquiry and once a return has been agreed we will ask you to return your purchased Cyclon product by post with an accompanying explanation for return. Please write your reasoning on the delivery note or invoice. Please always provide a written reason so that we may continue to improve our products and services.

The responsibility for returning the Cyclon item(s) to us in a safe and secure matter rests with you, please use a recorded delivery service or postal courier. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless previously agreed with our Customer Service team. Furthermore we may deduct from the value of your refund (if applicable) should your postal costs not cover return delivery to Cyclon.

Please allow up to 5-7 working days for all returns and refunds to be completed. We will ensure that once the return and refund process is completed that you get a confirmation email to that effect.
